As the in-house copywriter at The Home Loan Expert, I wrote the company's first-ever Brand Book, which launched THLE's major rebrand in early 2021. The "Brand Voice" description just so happens to be a pretty great summation of my personal approach to writing copy (who doesn't want to sound friendly, smart, and approachable?).
