MARCH 2021— APRIL 2022

Wrote the company's first-ever Brand Book, outlining Brand Voice attributes, the Brand Story, and more. Created brand-new website copy for the main corporate website as part of the 2021 rebrand. Crafted brand-new welcome series emails for all lists, along with other marketing and sales emails to drive leads. I also wrote copy for other marketing materials, radio ads, commercial scripts, and more.

MAY 2017— MARCH 2021

I wrote SEO-optimized web content for various local clients, focusing on style, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and clarity. Clients included a large law firm, a medical clinic, and more. Each of my 500+ blogs was carefully researched and edited to meet the client’s needs and content guidelines.
